Engineering Process
How we run a project
What derails automation projects is rarely the technology — it is undefined scope. So we split the process into five steps and deliver each step in writing.
- Step 01
Requirement Analysis
We analyse your processes and define the requirements.
We survey the existing line and control infrastructure on site; signal lists, cycle times and bottlenecks are documented. The output is a written, agreed scope document.
- Step 02
Solution Design
We design engineering and software solutions specific to you.
Hardware selection, architecture, communication topology and software structure are decided. Electrical drawings, I/O lists and interface drafts go to approval before implementation starts.
- Step 03
Implementation
We build your systems and carry out integration and testing.
Panel manufacturing, field installation, PLC/HMI software and integration work are carried out. Factory acceptance tests (FAT) are completed before going to site.
- Step 04
Commissioning
We commission your systems and provide training and support.
Site acceptance tests, fine tuning and operator training are performed. Commissioning ends only when the end user can run the system unaided.
- Step 05
Ongoing Support
We stay with you through 24/7 technical support and continuous improvement.
Remote diagnostics, spare part and version management, periodic improvement work. The final software and its documentation always stay with the customer.
