Data controller

This notice concerns personal data collected through this website, operated by EVA SMART AI, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

The registered name, full address and formal notification details of the data controller will be added to this section before publication.

Personal data processed

The contact form is the only point on this site where personal data is collected. The name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message you provide there are processed.

The site runs no analytics or advertising script that tracks visitor behaviour, and no profiling is carried out.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely to evaluate the enquiry you submitted, to reply to you, and to continue the correspondence within the scope of that enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 5/2-(c) KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest). No processing beyond that scope — for example sending marketing messages — takes place.

Transfers

Personal data is not shared with third parties other than service providers, and is not transferred abroad.

The identity of the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers and the legal basis for any transfer will be stated in this section before publication.

Retention

Enquiries received through the form are retained for a reasonable period after the enquiry is concluded, and for the period required by applicable legislation if it develops into a commercial relationship. At the end of that period data is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential cookies. No measurement, advertising or social media cookies are placed, which is why no cookie consent banner is shown.

Fonts are served directly from this site rather than an external content network, so your IP address is not disclosed to a third party in order to download a font.

Your rights

Under Art. 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure where the conditions are met, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
